1、飞行训练中心

华夏航空(重庆)飞行训练中心有限公司(以下简称“训练中心”)是华夏航空股份有限公司下属全资子公司,也是重庆第一家142飞行训练机构,重庆第一家147部维修人员培训机构和亚太地区第一家庞巴迪机型综合训练中心,为华夏航空及其他航空企业提供飞行员、客舱服务员、安全员、机务维修人员、空管人员等资质类培训。同时作为民航智力输出平台,培训中心持续与多所高校开展民航相关专业合作,如专业共建、学生委培、实习与就业基地建设等。

2、华夏通融

华夏通融(北京)企业管理有限公司(下称“华夏通融”)是华夏航空股份有限公司全资子公司,公司前身为北京瑞基航空设施管理有限公司,最初成立于2006年。公司秉承“通达”的航空立体网络,构建“通融”的社会一体化发展理念,依托航旅大数据的应用,依靠自有技术开发与创新,并凭借强大的整合资源能力,构建“华夏通融一体化的智能服务平台”。

华夏通融一体化智能服务平台,打造大数据中心、能力发展中心、金融中心三大中心,将旅游、零售、金融、大数据、娱乐、影视、文化、交通等纳入业务板块,形成多元生态产业圈。

企业坚持创新,专注品质,探索新兴城市旅游服务,提供IP旅游和体验式旅游产品;依托华夏航空网络资源,甄选不同区域的特色产品,打造全新零售模式;通过供应平台、代采购服务平台、供应链发货平台等将产品传递给用户;以消费金融为切入点,从信贷、分期、保理、投资、保险五大方向,为整个产业链条提供所有触点的金融消费场景服务。

3、华夏典藏国旅

北京华夏典藏国际旅行社有限公司(以下简称“华夏典藏国旅”)是华夏航空旅游产业布局的核心环节,公司成立于2007年7月,总部设立于北京,并在重庆等地设立了分公司。

华夏典藏国旅依托华夏航空日益丰富的支线航空网络,精挑细选中国支线航点的美丽景致,发掘最自然的风土人情和最本真的生活状态,为旅客打造“细品支线”体验式旅游产品,给旅客带去独特体验与心灵震撼,感悟支线之美和旅行的非凡意义。

此外,华夏典藏国旅还大胆探索,整合全球旅游资源,研发并开拓了境外定制、国内定制等非常规旅游产品,推出了“坐飞机度周末” “落地自驾环游”等特色产品,为各大组团社、同行门市及电商平台,提供海量的产品选择和优质的服务。

4、华夏云集文化传媒

华夏云集(重庆)文化传媒有限公司(下称“华夏云集文化传媒”),成立于 2016年8月,是华夏航空股份有限公司全资子公司。华夏云集传媒是一家集杂志运营、专业广告、创意营销、商业活动为一体的文化传媒公司。除全权负责华夏航空的航机媒体系列广告、搭建精准高效的航机媒体营销平台外,更致力于为各类品牌提供高匹配的创意与服务。

1. China Express Aviation Academy Co., Ltd.

As a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Express Airlines Co., Ltd. (China Express for short), China Express Aviation Academy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “China Express Aviation Academy”) is the first CCAR-142 flight training organization and CCAR-147 maintenance personnel training organization in Chongqing. It is also the first Bombardier Aircraft Training Center in the Asia-Pacific Region, providing China Express and other aviation enterprises with qualification training for pilots, cabin crew, safety officers, and maintenance personnel and air traffic controllers, etc. As a platform aiming to provide talents for the civil aviation industry, the China Express Aviation Academy has kept cooperating with relevant departments of many colleges and universities in development of relevant programs, student training and building of internship and employment bases.

2. China Express Integration Co., Ltd.

As a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Express, China Express Integration Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “China Express Integration”) was established on the base of Beijing Ruiji Aviation Installations and Facilities Management Co., Ltd. in 2006. Upholding the development concept of building an integrated community which we shall connect, share and unite via an “accessible” three-dimensional aviation network and based on the application of air travel big data, independent technological development and innovation and the strong capability of integrating resources, China Express Integration is vigorously building an integrated smart service platform.

This platform consists of the big data center, capability development center and financial center. It is to form a diversified eco-industrial circle by incorporating the tourism, retail, finance, big data, entertainment, film and television, culture and transportation services into its business sphere.

Persevering in innovation and focusing on quality, China Express Integration has continuously explored emerging urban tourism services and provided IP travel and experiential tourism products. Relying on the network resources of China Express and selecting characteristic products of different regions, it strives to create a new retail model. It offers products to users via the supply platform, purchasing agency platform and supply chain delivery platform. From the perspective of consumer finance, it provides all financial consumption scenario-based services in credit, installment, factoring, investment and insurance for the whole industry chain.

3. China Express International Classic Travel Service Co., Ltd.

China Express International Classic Travel Service Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as CEICTS) in Beijing constitutes the core part in the tourism service layout of China Express. Established in July 2007, CEICTS is headquartered in Beijing, with branches in Chongqing and other places.

Based on the increasingly rich regional aviation network of China Express, CEICTS has carefully selected beautiful attractions and tapped the most natural folk customs and real state of life at the regional aviation destinations to provide fine experiential tourism products for travelers. The travelers will certainly enjoy the unique, marvelous experiences and regional beauty, and have a better understanding of the extraordinary significance of travel.

The CEICTS has also developed unconventional tailored tourism products at home and abroad through bold explorations and integration of global tourism resources. Characteristic products have been launched, such as “taking a flight to spend weekends” and “fly-drive tour”. It has offered a wide range of products and quality services for various major travel agents, outlets and e-business platforms in the industry.

4. China Express Media Co., Ltd.

As a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Express established in August 2016, China Express Media Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as China Express Media) is engaged in magazine operation, professional advertising, creative marketing and commercial activities. Solely responsible for the inflight media advertising business of China Express and the building of a precise and efficient inflight media marketing platform, China Express Media is also committed to providing creative ideas and services perfectly geared to various brand owners.
